Women-owned and family-run, Magnolia Austin was built on a simple idea: honor the people who raised us by doing beautiful, honest work for our neighbors.
Why "Magnolia"
A Name That Honors Our Mothers
The magnolia flower was both of our mothers' favorite flower. We chose "Magnolia" to honor their memory — the love, strength, and encouragement they continue to inspire in us every day. Our logo carries a letter from each of our mothers' names, and a magnolia emblem sits over the heart on every one of our work shirts — a small reminder that they're always with us.
Magnolia Austin LLC was founded on July 1, 2022 by co-owners Cristy Hernandez and Frances Nieto. We're proud to be a women-owned, family-run business serving Austin and the surrounding communities.

Cristy's father is a two-tour Vietnam veteran and Master Mason and Bricklayer — craftsmanship has always run in the family. That same discipline and pride of work shows up in every cabinet we build, every countertop we set, and every install we finish.
Together we bring over 20 years of combined experience in luxury remodels throughout Austin, now channeled through our own design studio and showroom.
